"Newcomer Gary E. Davis has been making a great impression at radio. His rendition of "Lady" (MVD) has kept him in the "most added" column for several weeks now and radio is all over this one. It was also great timing that the song was featured on American Idol by one of the top contestants and reminded us about how good this song really is. Gary E. Davis takes it to a new and higher level and this one should be a Top 10 at the format in record time."

Release of Gary's second CD (13 songs) - "I Have Found Love Again" - January 15, 2006
Songs about a country kind of love that is so much more than just words. A love that is a true committment and life style. The kind of love that is worth dying for, just like our Lord and Savior died for each and every one of us. Especially you.
Here's what inspired Gary to create this CD.
What is Love? Webster’s dictionary lists many definitions, such as: to hold dear, to feel affection for, the affection and tenderness felt by lovers, plus quite a few more. There is one definition however that for me stands head and shoulders above all the others. That definition is: THE FATHERLY CONCERN OF GOD FOR MAN. That definition may not seem like much when you first read it, but when you have fallen into such a desperate place that you feel totally unloved and completely unlovable, then that definition means everything. There is no such desperate place for our Lord God however. He loves you no matter what you have done wrong, how lost you might be, or how long you have been that away. There is nothing you could ever do to make God stop loving you. I know this for a fact because I lived most of my life trying to ignore God, but when the time came that I really needed Him the most, He was there to pick me up just as if I had been his most favorite child all the while. That is why I am so happy to proclaim to the world that I HAVE FOUND LOVE AGAIN, and I can only hope that these songs will help you to find it too.

Release of Gary's first CD (12 songs) - "You Should Know the Truth" - July 15, 2005
Songs from the heart with a slight hint of country.
My heartfelt thanks go out to everyone who influenced me in creating this debut CD album. Obviously I have to thank God first, as these songs all came from Him as a gift to be opened by me, but then, like all gifts from God, they need to be shared with the world. It is my honor and privilege to be God's messenger in this endeavor.
I am dedicating this CD album to my dad, Harold, who went home to be with the Lord on July 4, 2004. He had been sick for a long time and finally got his freedom at age 87 on Independence Day. My brother Bob, sister Donna and myself all agreed that it was just like dad to go out with a bang. My dad was my inspiration for this music (and just about everything else in my life), and though I never quite had the quality of voice that he had, I still loved to sing just as much as he did prior to his illness. In fact, I might not have ever even tried to sing if I had not wanted so much to be just like my dad for most of my life. To this day I still believe that if I could become even half the man that my dad was then I will have accomplished more than most people could have ever hoped for in their lives. Of course I also have to thank my mom, Kathrine, who was the glue that held this family together when my dad got sick. She would always show me love even when I knew that I didn't deserve it. I thank God for blessing me with the two most perfect parents that anyone could have ever prayed for.
I also want to thank my beautiful bride, Ginger, my long awaited gift from God, for believing in me even when I doubted myself. I couldn't have done this without her.
A special thank you is necessary for Chris Pati, who saw something in me that I never knew was there. Although he is one of the most talented musicians I have ever met, he took the time to take a beginner like me and mold me to be something that I never thought that I could be. I just know that it had to be God to have given him the patience to work with me long enough to bring me to where I am today.
And last but certainly not least is one of my best friends, Angie Sandkuhl. She was also a gift from God into my life and was an inspiration for many of my songs. Her vocals just add a breath of life into these songs in a way that only she can.
I certainly have been blessed in so many ways that I just have to share what God has entrusted to me with all who will listen. I pray that anyone who hears these songs will allow God to speak to their hearts just like He spoke to mine and that you can find the same peace that I have found in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Release of Gary's DVD Music Video - "God Can Make a Way" - March 15, 2005
This song is from Gary's soon to be released 12 song CD - You Should Know the Truth.
This video was filmed in Hawaii on the island of Maui.
Here is what inspired Gary to write this song.
How “GOD CAN MAKE A WAY”
This song was truly a gift from God into my life. My wife, Ginger, and I had planned a vacation to Hawaii to celebrate our first year wedding anniversary. Actually, this trip was a combined honeymoon and anniversary since we had been unable to take a real honeymoon the previous year. This was also going to be our first trip ever to Hawaii. We both had dreamed of visiting there ever since we were children, but neither one of us had ever made that dream come true. We chose the island of Maui based on recommendations from many of our friends, however, the biggest reason, was because my music producer, Chris Pati, had a recording studio there. I was sure that this island paradise might inspire me to write this new song and, as usual, God did not let me down.
It took only a few days in Maui for God give me this song, which just touched my heart, in a way like no other song had ever done. When I had finished writing the song and had practiced singing it a few times, I began praying to God to thank him for His wonderful gift of this song. I asked God why I couldn’t write the song prior to coming to Maui. I believe that He then reminded me that all the islands of Hawaii were originally volcanic mountains which were hidden below the water. God, in His infinite wisdom, finally allowed these volcanoes to erupt. Normally the lava, dust and smoke emitted by these volcanoes would be devastating to everything within many miles. God, however, used these volcanoes to create these islands, which most people would agree to be one of the most beautiful places on earth. I still wasn’t sure just what God’s explanation meant to me personally, or even to this song, so I asked Him again: “Why me, and why Maui.” I believe that God then spoke these words to me:
“Just as I could make a paradise from that which appeared to be nothing, by adding fire, dust and ash, so can I rebuild the lives of my children. There was a hidden treasure below the surface of the water that only I could see and bring out, and the same is true of all of my children. All I ask of them is that they take all the smoldering embers, dust and ashes, that they have made of their own lives, and surrender them to me. If they will give to me their heartaches, their sickness, their failures, and their broken dreams, then I can bring out their own hidden treasure, which I placed within them when I first created them. I will finally be able to heal them and set them free once and for all.”
I then knew right away why it had to be me who wrote this song for God. My life had been a twisted mess of failures and heartaches before I finally surrendered and allowed God to take control. My prayer is that everyone will make the only choice that will set them free and agree that “GOD CAN MAKE A WAY.”
